1 1/2 lb roast turkey or chicken,cut into 1/2-inch cube
4 celery stalks, chopped
3/4 cup grapes,sliced in half
1/3 cup shelled pistachios,roughly chopped

1/4 tsp fresh lime juice
1 cup vanilla fat-free or low-fat yogurt, divided

1 cup wheat bran
2 tbsp granular sugar substitute
