8 Minutes in the Morning

Eight minutes. According to Jorge Cruise (no relation to Tom) that’s all it takes to lose weight and feel great. His book, 8 Minutes in the Morning: A Simple Way to Shed up to 2 Pounds a Week Guaranteed, is a fabulous resource for anyone who needs to lose weight and doesn’t know where to start. Heartfelt guidance and sensible exercise routines step the reader through weekly workouts designed to healthfully shed those unwanted pounds.

Although 8 minutes in the morning is more like 15 once you add warm up and cool down, this is still a program that nearly everyone could find time for. Who can’t get up just 15 minutes earlier than usual each day?

I discovered this book from a friend and when she asked for her borrowed copy back, I promptly bought my own copy. For busy people, overweight or not, I highly recommend this resource.
