Standing Dog?
March 31st, 2005 by Becky HawkOk so I took everyone’s advice and decided to start taking yoga, not just any class a hot yoga class!!
I have been doing it for almost two months and not only has my mental state improved I have lost 6 pounds!!
I have also been eating well too and walking during lunch. In any case, if I had to give good advice on how to maintain and loose weight it would be this:
-Everything in moderation.
-If you get the chance, walk.
-If you have to snack, snack on good things.
-Yoga does a world of good!
