The trial continues
April 29th, 2005 by Bevin LynchGood news! I have lost 2 1/2 pounds this week. I know that you are supposed to go slowly, 2-3 pounds a week, so this seems perfectly acceptable. Again, mostly I am focusing on using yoga and watching what I eat (not “dieting” persay.) Also, now that it is spring, I’ve been trying to ride my bike as much as possible. Today I rode 4 miles to work and will ride the same home, although maybe I’ll take the longer route by the lake, just to see the scenery.
This helps me get out of the discouraging funk I was in last week. My brother-in-law also commented that I almost always feel better when I am working out (I think everyone does!) So far I feel like I am on the right track.
