Drink Green Tea to Help

Green tea is an excellent tool to add to your weight control hacks. Here’s why it works so well:

  • It gives you a “good” caffeine, which stimulates your system, burning a few more calories than if you didn’t have caffeine.
  • It adds to your quotient of water consumed for the day, which helps fill your belly with volume, and helps your entire system process things better.
  • It contains all kinds of additional benefits, like antioxidants, which will help your skin and other systems. (In fact, Dr. Andrew Weil says there are some anecdotal studies linking green tea to reducing cancer risks).
  • If you don’t like drinking hot drinks, you can always brew up a batch of green tea and then let it cool. I prefer mine without sweeteners, but if you need a little something in there, try adding just a drop or two of honey. You’ll find it goes a long way.

    There are GAZILLIONS of different green teas on the market, so don’t give me that, “It tastes yucky” crud. You can find a million different fruity flavors — and here’s a trick: you can ADD your own flavor, too).
