Drink Green Tea to Help

If you don’t like drinking hot drinks, you can always brew up a batch of green tea and then let it cool. I prefer mine without sweeteners, but if you need a little something in there, try adding just a drop or two of honey. You’ll find it goes a long way.
There are GAZILLIONS of different green teas on the market, so don’t give me that, “It tastes yucky” crud. You can find a million different fruity flavors — and here’s a trick: you can ADD your own flavor, too).
