Soda and Sugary Drinks Pack on the Pounds

Soft drinks are offered just about everywhere and health officials have said that for the last few decades people have been drinking way more of this stuff than they should. Recent studies have shown that having even one more soda a day can add 15 pounds to your weight.
Schools have already started to cut back or completely remove vending machines that allow kids to drink sodas all day long. That’s a good idea but parents also have to not buy tons of sugary drinks like soda.
