WHAT DIET REALLY MEANS

     We all need to understand that the word diet  means the food that we eat. It does not only mean the foods we eat while we are trying to loose weight.

     Likewise, the best “diet” to loose weight is the one that we can live with everyday of our lives in order to keep the pounds off.

     Most weight loss clinics are starting to recognize this and are teaching people how to eat better for the rest of your life. So if you are on a special menu like bananas and tea everyday, you might want to choose a healthier and more long term program.
