Holiday Goodies

To ease the guilt about extra goodies and helpings Christmas day, why not skip a meal or two for a day or so before the holiday?
You can even do some extra exercise before the big feast. Then you can enjoy a day of extra treats. This doesn’t mean to stuff yourself sick, but it does mean you can relax about that extra slice of chocolate cake or other goodie.
