Slow Down

The best advice to anyone who is trying to loose weight is to slow down. Stop shoveling  food into your mouth! Take a bit and put your fork, spoon, knife down and actually chew your food and taste it. You will be quit surprised at how fast your stomach will tell you, you are full. If you are constantly throwing food in your mouth and not savoring every bite your stomach doesn’t have a chance to realize it is full.
