Don’t Starve Yourself
March 26th, 2008 by Ashley FordI think the number one misconception about losing weight is to starve yourself. Well I have news for you, if you starve yourself you are doing more harm than good. If you starve yourself your metabolism will slow down tremendously. Your body will start to go into store mood, meaning it will store all the fat, sugar and everything you eat when you do finally eat because your body won’t know when it will get food again. So the best thing to do is to eat several times a day. The key being small means, small portions and not fating, salty bad for you food. And remember to slow down, you will get full faster and you will find yourself eating less and feeling satisfied.

I agree with you. If you want to eat health you have to be willing to spend a few extra bucks.
