Don’t Let Life Get In The Way Of Your Diet

Unfortunately, a lot of people think if they are on a diet that have to give up going to certain events or celebrations because of it. Well I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to. The most important thing to remember when dieting is you will run into situations when you can’t necessarily eat the healthiest or follow your diet. So don’t stress those times, do your best to eat small portions and pick the healthiest items there, also always always drink water with any non healthy meals, it will fill you up faster.

Another great practice to to try is not dieting on the weekends. My husband is currently doing this and he is having a lot of success. Granted don’t go buck wild on eating McDonald’s for three straight meals. Still try to limit yourself to fating items but also allow yourself to indulge in a treat you wouldn’t during the week. Lastly, if you find yourself at a birthday party or company event and you can’t stick to your diet exchange a weekend non diet day for a weekday diet day and vis versa. That way you will have gotten your 5 diet days in for the week and you won’t feel as bad.
