Best Time To Exercise

Ladies…you struggle all year long with the battle of weight and every time you take 2 steps forward you end up taking 3 steps back it seems. And you exercise all the time but nothing seems to work…maybe you are exercising during the wrong times of the month? Here is a fact that I found very interesting. Because your hormone levels of estrogen and progesterone are at the peak states two week before you period that makes it the optimal time to really exercise because you will burn more fat than normal.

    This is very interesting that the body is more in tune to reduce weight at peak hormone levels. You would almost think it would be easier to take weight off during the cycle since there is an increase in water that breaks down rather quickly when the body heats up.
