Diet Free Day

Increase your calorie intake somewhat on your diet-free day. Indulge as a treat in a light dessert or a second helping of your favorite protein. This will kick-start your metabolism again and make it easier for you to continue to lose weight instead of plateauing.
You can also look forward to your diet-free day. Plan ahead of time what you are going to eat. This is a nice treat to look forward to each week while you work hard on your diet and exercise. You can look at the diet-free day as a reward day for all of your hard work.
