Secret to Maintaining Healthy Weight and Life

The diet and weight loss industry rakes in billions of dollars a year from all of the people looking and hoping they have found the secret to losing weight and the secret to keeping it off. So, what is the secret? The secret is…there is no secret. We have all known all along what needs to be done in order to lose weight and to keep it off but millions of Americans continue to buy into all of the hype promoted by fat burners, and quick weight loss drugs and diets.
Most physicians will agree that the road to health and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle are achievable in just a few steps:
Don’t smoke
Exercise on a regular basis
Eat a diet heavy in vegetables, whole grains and fruits and light in meat, full-fat dairy products, white flour and sugar
Also using moderation when eating is key as well.

I agree 100 %. But this kind of lifestyle takes a whole lot of discipline. It takes even more when you are not use to it ha ha!
