from white to brown
May 31st, 2008 by Cara TejadaI gave birth a year ago through Cesarean Section. I wasn’t allowed to exercise til 6 months after I gave birth. I was thin before aroubd 5″4 115lbs. then went up to 140lbs after pregnancy. They say that breastfeeding is the best way to lose the pounds but sad to say I didn’t have milk then. I ate wheat bread and brown rice instead of white. Banned colas and powdered juices . I wasn’t at all in a extensive diet plan or whatever. I ate as often as I want to and I ate what I want but just substituted everything to brown instead of white. and It kinda worked! I’m now down to 1205pounds in a few months time. Thing is though I still have a big tummy and only exercise can get rid of it says my doctor. So guess I have to enroll myself in the gym then.
