June 16th, 2008 by Rina NgBreakfast: Boiled Egg with Toast
1/2 cup of Cealreal
1/2 cup of milk
1 boiled egg
1 slice of toast spread with 1/2 tsp margarine.
Lunch: Roast Chicken Roll
Filled with 75gr cooked chicken breast - shreded, no skin
1 tbsp of ustard relish
Shreded lecttuce
Fresh fruit salad topped with 2 tbsp of yoghurt.
Dinner: Beef stir fry
100 gram stir fired beef mixture
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of teriyaki sauce
8 snow peas
1 cup slice of mushrooms
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
2/3 cup cooked brown rice
Stir fry beef with all vegetable in sauce until cooked. Serve with hot steam brown rice.
