Workout the stored fat
June 29th, 2008 by cyberwitzI have a PT friend who had advised me that an affective workout to loss weight is to burn stored fat. Thus, if you are a gym-buff or someone who is good in physical exercise, morning workout is much effective. This is right before you grab your breakfast.
Logically, if you workout after eating, the fat you are burning is the food you just ate. Therefore, it is more effective to loss weight by burning this stored fat.
I encourage everyone, especially the morning risers who have some spare time to do some crunches, make it a habit to boost your everyday morning.
