Alternate Your Workout Routine
July 9th, 2008 by ffI really do not like exercising, but I have been faithfully following my workout routine for three months now. I try to exercise almost every day but there are times when I’m just not up to it. I have not exercised any less than four days a week since I started.
One thing that keeps me motivated is I alternate my workout routine. One day I walk 2 miles, the next day I ride my bike 2 miles. Another thing that keeps me motivated is I change my exercise location a couple of times a week. I will take different roads or side roads to keep me from getting bored looking at the same scenery.
The third thing I do to keep me motivated is I take my son along. He keeps me motivated to continue exercising because he wants to do it with me. How can you tell your child that he can’t go and exercise?
