Do You Weigh Yourself?

I have been exercising faithfully for the past three months but I refuse to step on the scale to see if I have lost any weight. I notice that my clothes have gotten bigger and my husband can see the difference, so that keeps me motivated. I am one who does not lose weight easily so if I find that I have only lost two pounds I will get discouraged. This way I see the results, even if it is just inches, and I don’t lose my motivation to continue exercising.

I used to be obsessed with the scales and it was just too exhausting for me, both physically and mentally. I like how I do things now. What do you do? Do you weigh yourself or do you just judge your progress by how your clothing fits?
