Exercise plus Proper Diet
July 12th, 2008 by Ronalyn EdillorI got pregnant almost two years ago but unfortunately, I still have not lost the post-pregnancy weight yet. Some people still mistake me for a pregnant woman sometimes. Before I used to get really sensitive about it but then, I look in the mirror and see for myself that I have to lose a lot of pounds and work on it.
I am a very hands-on Mom so it is difficult to find time for me to take even a 30-minute routine. I also work full-time and it’s a good thing I do this at home but still, sometimes with all the chores at home and tasks in the office, I find it impossible to stretch a bit.
I think my problem is that I have been living a sedentary lifestyle so that is one factor to consider. There are not many activities that I do for myself so in a way it is like I am neglecting myself. My life is centered to my family and job so I am forgetting my health too.
I plan to do something about this by setting aside time for myself. Enough time to walk briskly or even dance along with my aerobics VCD. Of course, I will eat a balanced diet too. I hope to accomplish all these in the coming days. Wish me luck!
