Shake that belly off
July 19th, 2008 by cyberwitzBelly dancing have been one of the fad workouts of today. I have the complete DVD of the twin belly dancers. Gosh, they shake their bellies really great. At first I thought I can never do what they do. Since I love to dance, I thought it would be easier. But I was completely wrong. My, their moves were uniquely executed.
This is an effective diet especially for those who have so much time to do some physical activity. If you do belly dancing, you get to enjoy and shake that flab off at the same time. It is easy to follow. And it would help if you wear same as the belly dancers. They look good on their tights paired with sequined mid-rib top.
The DVD covers different areas of the body for the workout. Arms, legs, buns, etc are the few parts. The question is, how long can we last such a workout? I admit that it is really difficult to stand to be tired and sweaty. I tend to have the drive if I hear it from my friends. I do it for a week or two then eventually get tired of it.
I guess the best way to diet comes with discipline and determination. I am still in the process of doing it. Let’s shake that belly off!
