Skipping Meal is not a Diet

To all diet fans out there, please be informed that skipping a meal is not a proper diet. I have tried it myself before when I used to work graveyard shifts. I don’t have time to eat when I reach home in the morning after work. All I do is sleep. It had been the same routine for a while until I started to feel weak. I remember the time when I could not even get up straight because I was too weak to stand straight. I felt so weak because of starvation.

This post is to remind each and every one of you who are skipping their meals that it not a healthy way of diet. We should not abuse our bodies. If there are people out there who is using this kind of diet, you are at a high risk of getting ulcer and other gastrointestinal illnesses.

We should not allow ourselves to be influences too much of what we see on television, magazines, and other media entities that show great body figures from models. Please do not be deceived by it. Not everything seen on these entities are good to ordinary people.

Please do not skip meal if you want to stay away from doctor. Eat the right amount of food everyday.
