Dancing and Dieting

I love to dance. It is a way for me to relieve stress and just dance all the trouble away. I have long wanted to get rid of bulging tummy and I bought dance aerobic videos to serve as my guide. When it was still new, I made it a point to finish the routine every day after I get off from work. I felt lighter and more active that time. The dancing and exercise really helped me a lot.

After that I got tired of it so I turned to belly dancing. The routines were very difficult especially since I bought the one that concentrated on the tummy and arms. I sweat like a pig and the pain was on my midsection. Well, it was the part I was really working on so I continued to do this for a longer time.

Until I got so caught up with work that I neglected it for a while. And then I watched the commercial for the hip hop dance video and I was bent on trying it too. This one worked great for me as the music was hip and the dance steps are not hard to follow. There were a lot of sessions included in the set so I can decide if I wanted to do some cardio exercise for the day and then a different one on the next day. But just like the others, I stopped this when I got sick. It has been months since I last popped the video on so I guess I have to start on the habit again. Aside from monitoring my food intake, it is best if I can exercise on the side too.
