Oatmeal is my meal

Every morning, my breakfast is oatmeal. Cook it as a porridge with different flavorings such as banana or maple syrup make it a perfect breakfast meal. Everything is all natural. Oatmeal and raw fruits as a combination to make it nutritious.

But what is the benefit of having an oatmeal a day?It is appropriate for those who are in diet because it can lower cholesterol.You can substitute it in rice or make it as your everyday snacks.Nowadays, oatmeal comes out in a sachet of different flavors.It’s what we called instant oatmeal that is pre-cooked and dried with sweeteners and comes up with different flavors. You have now a variety to choose from.Oatmeal can also reduce the risk of having a heart disease.

Oatmeal is made of complex carbohydrates and water-soluble fiber which can lower digestion.

Aside from porridge, oatmeal can be an oat cakes, cookies, toppings or additive to our meal. Nowadays, it is used in making soaps, lotions or other beauty products. Oatmeal is such a flexible ingredient to come up with new products.
