Rush Diet
August 1st, 2008 by cyberwitzI am one of those people that rushes diet. Most of the time if I am to attend an occasion, a month or two weeks before is the only time I dedicate to really work out. I rush those flabs out in just weeks.
I have the tendency to strain myself just to achieve that diet goal. I go to the gym and eat less. I notice this rush diet works on me. However, I cannot sustain it. This is the problem that I know most of us are anxious about. It is easy to work out but difficult to maintain.
Therefore, I started to make it a habit to just do the rush diet when I have to go to certain occasions. In that case, I don’t have any commitments to lose for myself. I only have myself to blame for not sustaining my fitness. The idea of doing this is for me to enjoy the food world yet manage to keep up with my diet when necessary.
