The Diet Logs

As I watch lots of commercials especially in the nighttime that advertises the greatness of diet pills I always wonder how well they work. If they work at all.

I have never taken or wanted to take diet pills because I don’t trust them, especially due to the fact that I don’t know what’s in them and what they can do to my health.

Some teen girls even buy the illegal pills online hoping to lose weight and this is doubly as dangerous as you don’t know if it’s even the real thing that they are selling you. The pills can contain dangerous substances and even stomach worms which can grow by feeding from inside your intestines.

With all that to potentially look forward too I decided it’s best that I just stay away. I do occassionally raise a brow when I see Ms. Anna Nicole Smith prance around announcing Trim Spa Baby and claim that popping the pills is all it took for her to lose the weight. I feel sorry for those who purchase Trim Spa firmly believing that. If it were that easy, would anyone be overweight? Even the pills that do work, many have been pulled because it helped you lose a 100 pounds and then damaged your heart valve. Somehow I don’t think that was a fair trade.
