When you go to the movies, what’s the one thing everyone wants to do while enjoying the film? Eat snacks!! Popcorn is the most popular, so you can easily bring your own from home in a ziplock bag. There are so many healthy options out there, just read the boxes to know. It’s kind of obvious, but you can go for the lite or 100 calorie ones. I don’t like the air popped without butter but you might.
Another option is taking white cheddar rice cakes. I love taking these to the movies. I also like taking carrot sticks, apple slices, honey sticks, string cheese, water or diet tea, dark chocolate, or even a pickle from the counter!
