Toast
I forgot how good toast is. I know its not very healthy for you, but I swear it made my omelet taste like heaven! I made an omelet with lite cheese and lite bacon bits, sprinkled with Spike seasoning. The Dr who wrote the Southbeach Diet book talked about, if you are going to eat some bread, then your body will do better if you actually have some fat with that. He suggested putting some butter on top (not margarine). So I made me some toast (with butter) and ate it with my eggs. It was so divine and satisfying, I want to eat that everyday!
Is it good for me? Well, its not THAT bad. I had a whole wheat bread made from organic ingredients.
