250g broken wheat, 2onion, 2 tomatoes , 150g mixed vegetables(cabbage, peas ,beans,potato), 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 3nos green chillies, 1tsp turmeric powder,
1tsp mustard, 2 tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste.,oil for sauteing
method
Par boil the vegetables. Roast the broken wheat slightly.
Heat oil in a pan. season with mustard,cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger garlic paste,fry for a minute. Add onions. fry till golden brown. Add the tomatoes,
turmeric powder, salt, par boiled vegetables. fry till they are almost done. Add water. When it boils add the broken wheat(roasted) . cover and cook till done.
