Health is Wealth
We are currently suffering in different crisis, not only in financial aspect but also in occurrence of different severe illnesses. Most of us are no longer capable to spend much more than our basic needs. Working so hard is what we think the best solution to cope up with the recent crisis. Our eating habits are usually taken for granted. We’re no longer concern in our food preference as well as our health. We almost forget that health is wealth. We could work actively if we are healthy. Instant cook food is not bad, but there are still many alternatives or substitute we can take. Quaker oath is the best example. We are all aware that it could give us healthy nutrients that our body needs. Cooking is not also time consuming. We can just add boiling water and simply add some fruits for flavoring or we can just buy those with fruit flavor already. We could also make burger out of quaker oats or mix it to pancakes. We know that this is rich in fiber that could help to keep us healthy. If we think we are busy, we should also be concern to our health for us to avoid illnesses and keep us moving and live life at its best.
