Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb roast turkey or chicken,cut into 1/2-inch cube
4 celery stalks, chopped
3/4 cup grapes,sliced in half
1/3 cup shelled pistachios,roughly chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole grain pastry flour
1 cup wheat bran
2 tbsp granular sugar substitute
1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp baking soda

So far,I’ve lost around 10 lbs on Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet.It’s really effective because I am losing weight without being hungry.I just follow the meals in The South Beach Diet Quick and Easy Cookbook by Dr. Agatston and sometimes I look for alternative recipes online.
