Breakfast: Boiled Egg with Toast
1/2 cup of Cealreal
1/2 cup of milk
1 boiled egg
1 slice of toast spread with 1/2 tsp margarine.
Lunch: Roast Chicken Roll
Filled with 75gr cooked chicken breast - shreded, no skin
